I think someone has received my ResortPass code and could misuse it.

If you're concerned that someone might have access to your ResortPass, please email us at [e-mail] so we can suspend your ResortPass. Please note that if blocked, the digitally stored passports, such as in the smartphone wallet, will also lose their validity. If you would like to have a new printed Resort Pass issued, you can do so during Europa-Park opening hours for 5€ at the “Information am Turm” in the French-themed area.
