If your ResortPass annual passes are not shown in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, please check that you are signed in with the correct MackOne account and are using the latest version of the app. After tapping on the “Search for app update” button, you will be shown the latest version in the respective app store. After the update, your ResortPass is available via the “ResortPass” menu item in your Europa-Park & Rulantica app profile.
