Additional information for overnight guests at the Europa-Park Adventure Resort

To enter Europa-Park via the entrance for hotel guests, please present your dated tickets at the hotel reception after you have converted them in the manner described above.

If you stay at the Europa-Park Camp Resort or Campground, you must also show the dated tickets at the main entrance to Europa-Park (opening times depend on the season).

Tickets cannot be used as a means of payment at receptions.

Parking spaces, which are included for the duration of your stay, can be found in front of each hotel and at the camp resort.

Your hotel's luggage storage and parking can be used free of charge on the day of arrival and departure.

Some Europa-Park attractions can be used as early as 8:30 a.m. During the summer season and on Halloween, all attractions are open to all visitors to Europa-Park from 09:00. During HelloWinter and in the winter season, Europa-Park opens at 10:00 for hotel guests and at 11:00 for all visitors.
