1) Undated tickets that have already been purchased (including free tickets, honorary tickets and voucher tickets) must be dated online before visiting Europa-Park.
2) A customer account is required to convert tickets. Therefore, please log in to the ticket shop with your MackOne account first or create an account.
3) If you purchased your tickets through one of our pre-sale partners, they may not be able to be converted until 24 hours after purchase.
4) For each ticket, the number of the bar code or QR code must be entered individually and completely. Examples: CEZ91100683251 and CEZ41100683252. The ticket number with points may have to be entered. Example: EPG.002458dfe21578798
5) After choosing the date of your visit, please do not click “back”. Otherwise, your tickets will be blocked for approximately 20 minutes and the conversion can only take place again after this time has elapsed. This is also the case if the Internet connection is interrupted for a short time (unnoticed).
6) When converting your tickets, there may be an additional charge if the entry price then valid is higher than the purchase price of the tickets.
7) Original tickets are required for admission on site. No new tickets will be sent when you convert tickets, you will only receive a confirmation of the conversion. Both documents must be kept until you leave Europa-Park.
8) Buying new tickets and converting existing tickets cannot be done in the same process.
9) Tickets are excluded from exchange and return.
10) Day-dated tickets cannot be rebooked.
