Please understand that it may take up to 2 weeks for your card to be delivered. If this period has already passed, please contact us via email at [e-mail]. Tip: It is not necessary to present your printed card to visit Europa-Park. All you need for your visit is your smartphone with your stored ResortPass. Simply reserve your appointment to visit the ResortPass portal at resort-pass.de. You can then access your Resort Pass in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, store it in your smartphone wallet or log in to account.mackone.de and access the Resort Pass.
