When can I renew my Resort Pass?

As the owner of a MackOne account with ResortPass annual passes, you will be notified of the options for renewal & reactivation 30 days before the current validity period expires.

An extension is possible within the last 14 days of the current ResortPass validity period. The new validity is directly linked to the old validity period.

Once the validity period has expired, an extension is no longer possible.

Once the validity period has expired, the ResortPass can be reactivated within two years. The reactivation is subject to the current availability of the ResortPass. Please note that ResortPass Gold and ResortPass Silver may sell out.
