The Resort Pass is sold out and we have booked a longer stay at the Europa-Park Adventure Resort, for which we have planned a Resort Pass. Can we still buy the ResortPass?

The Resort Pass is an exclusive offer and therefore only available in limited quantities. If demand is high, the ResortPass may be sold out.

If the ResortPass is sold out in the Mack International ticket shop, this means that there are no available ResortPass Annual Passes at this time. The ResortPass can neither be purchased on site at the Europa-Park Experience Resort nor by telephone or e-mail as long as it is shown as sold out in the ticket shop.

To visit Europa-Park, you can purchase day or multi-day tickets. You will receive these in advance when you book your stay at the Europa-Park Adventure Resort, directly on site at Europa-Park Hotels or online in advance at the Mack International ticket shop.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions in this situation. As soon as there is availability again, the sales channels will be opened again.

We recommend that you visit our Mack International ticket shop regularly to stay up to date.
