How can I delete my MackOne account?

You can easily delete your MackOne account yourself: Please log in to account.mackone.de with your login details, click on the “Delete MackOne account” menu item and confirm the deletion with the corresponding button.

After a successful technical check, the MackOne account will be deleted from all our systems. This may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the deletion cannot be revoked and a deleted account and the products purchased with it cannot be restored — borrowed VEEJOY content, for example, is no longer available.

Please note that we are required by law, for example, to store invoices that contain personal data for a period specified by law. At the end of this period, the data is automatically deleted.
