There is a limited quota for the ResortPass. How can I be sure everyone gets a ResortPass?

Basically, it's easiest to buy all ResortPass annual passes at once.

ResortPass annual passes for children who are not yet 4 years old at the start of the sales freeze but will be 4 years old during the sales stop and within the period of validity of their parents' annual pass can also be purchased during the sales stop.
This exception does not apply to children who were already four years of age or older before the sales freeze.

The ResortPass for the child can only be issued on site — either at the information desk at Europa-Park's main entrance, at the Spain hotel entrance or at the Rulantica Guest Relation Desk. An official identity document from the child to confirm the age and the parents' valid ResortPass cards are required.

Important: This rule does not apply in the opposite case — i.e. not to parents whose children already have a ResortPass. Parents had the option of purchasing, renewing or reactivating ResortPass annual passes on a regular basis until the sales stop. Once the sales freeze has been reached, subsequent purchase for adults is no longer possible.
