Where can I buy a ResortPass if it's sold out in the Mack International ticket shop?

The Resort Pass is an exclusive offer and therefore only available in limited quantities. If demand is high, the ResortPass may be sold out.

If the ResortPass is sold out in the Mack International ticket shop, this means that there are no available ResortPass Annual Passes at this time. The ResortPass can neither be purchased on site at the Europa-Park Experience Resort nor by telephone or e-mail as long as it is shown as sold out in the ticket shop.

As soon as there is availability again, the sales channels will be opened again. We recommend that you visit our Mack International ticket shop regularly to stay up to date.
